Broccoli Salad

- 3 cups broccoli flowerets
- 2 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 2 1/2 Tablespoon dried parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3 tablespoons reduced fat or fat free mayonnaise
Mix vegetables, cheese, and soy bits together in a bowl. Mix onion and garlic powder with mayonnaise. Add dressing to vegetables and mix well.
