Broccoli Salad

  • 3 cups broccoli flowerets
  • 2 tsp. soy bits
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 3/4 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 2 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 2 1/2 Tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 tablespoons reduced fat or fat free mayonnaise

Mix vegetables, cheese, and soy bits together in a bowl. Mix onion and garlic powder with mayonnaise. Add dressing to vegetables and mix  well.
