Chineese Cross-Train Pork Chow Mein
- 1/2 lb cooked pork tenderloin strips
- 1 1/2 cups carrots, sliced
- 1/2 - 1 cup teriyaki marinade and sauce
In a large saucepan, add vegetables except bean sprouts and teriyaki sauce. Stir and cover low medium heat until carrots are crisp-tender. Add ginger, pepper and pork strips. Stir then toss in bean sprouts and cover for 3-5 minutes until sprouts are crisp-tender.
