Comments: I agree, women do not build massive muscle mass but knowing you body type helps aid in what type of strength training is just right for you. I found my legs needed light weights and more reps but my biceps, triceps, chest and back needed heavier weights and fewer reps to see results. It helps to have someone experienced as yourself to educate people on how they can get the results that they are looking for because everyone has different goals to what they want to achieve!
