


Chris Walker's Biography: Chris Walker is the owner of "Chris Walker's Fitness" located in Kitchener, Ontario. Chris is an avid student of Naturopathic/alternative medicine and actively works with medical doctors and health care professionals in helping their patients to reduce body fat restore musculoskeletal strength and gain control over their blood sugar readings, good and bad blood fats and blood pressure readings, among other critical fitness issues. Chris has helped people to get in shape for their wedding day as well as people battling severe obesity. Chris likes to focus on functional training and likes to incorporate his martial arts background into his programs. Chris is a firm believer of a strong mind and guarantees results for those who don't mind a little hard work. Ed Luu Biography: Who am I? My name is Ed Luu. Being raised in Montreal, I grew up participating in many physical activities including badminton, volleyball, swimming, and skiing to name a few. Throughout high school, I competitively trained for badminton as it was one of my favorite sports. As I grew older my passion for fitness developed through my sports. Following grad school I pursued a diploma in Recreation and Leisure Services through a co-op, locally at Conestoga College Doon Campus. I have always been involved in the health industry begining as a badminton instructor at the age of 11. Through co-op, I have been able to work in recreation therapy in a long term care facility, camp setting, and in community centres. Each placement brings me new challenges that I love so much, and I share what I have learned with others. I have a strong desire to assist my clients in staying fit and being strong. I always welcome new clients. I am a certified trainer with Can Fit Pro and First Aid!




Tina Schacht Biography: Tina is a Certified Personal Trainer through CPTN.(Certified Professional Trainers Network) Tina also has her current First Aid and CPR certification. Tina has always had a lifelong passion for working out and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Tina has gained some valuable knowledge and experience training clients in their own homes and seeing the transformation of her clients inch by inch. She enjoys helping people of all ages and different levels of ability to succeed in their own personal weight loss goals. Tina enjoys being active in her daily life by performing resistance training, running, walking, biking and playing tennis. She consistently strives to improve her cardio conditioning as well as challenging herself through resistance training. She is a very easy going and motivated person who has the ability to build and implement training plans according to each individuals personal goals, needs and limitations. Shantell Powell Biography: Shantell (Shan) has over a decade experience teaching and performing belly dance. She is fascinated by movement, and has studied numerous physical arts as dance, weight training, martial arts, yoga, and Pilates. She has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of New Brunswick where she studied theatre, and is committed to living "green" and helping people live healthier, more fun-filled lives.
Heather Lowe Biography: Heather has been a certified personal trainer for 4 years with CPAFLA (Canadian Physical Activity, Fitness, and Lifestyle Approach), has an Honours Bachelors of Kinesiology degree from Lakehead University and holds a current First Aid/CPR certificate. Working with many different fitness levels, ages, and limitations has led her multiple successes and expertise in these areas. Heather loves to focus on balancing the body as well as strengthening it for optimal health and well being. She works with other health care professionals such as a nutritionist, a physiotherapist, and a chiropractor to ensure the body has the proper care it needs. Field hockey, kickboxing, ball hockey, and wakeboarding are some of the sports that help keep her fit and giving her the experience she needs to help her clients achieve their goals.
