Chris Walker's Biography
Chris Walker is the founder of "Chris Walker's Fitness" located in Kitchener, Ontario. Chris is an avid student of Naturopathic/alternative medicine and actively works with medical doctors and health care professionals in helping their patients to reduce body fat restore musculoskeletal strength and gain control over their blood sugar readings, good and bad blood fats and blood pressure readings, among other critical fitness issues. Chris has helped people to get in shape for their wedding day as well as people battling severe obesity. Chris likes to focus on functional training and likes to incorporate his martial arts background into his programs. Chris is a firm believer of a strong mind and guarantees results for those who don't mind a little hard work. Donna Thompson's Biography
Donna is a happy go lucky girl who has a passion for health and fitness. She is a recent graduate from Everest College in medical office and holds a certification with ISSA (International Sports Science Association) as an CFT (Certified Fitness Trainer) She enjoys all sports including tennis, volley ball, roller skating and running. Donna will bring fun and firmness into your workouts as she believes in hard work and likes to push her clients past their limits. Donna's specialties are women's weight loss and helping females especially to be comfortable with resistance training. Donna's fitness goal is to get in the best shape of her life for 2009.


Allison Cain's Biography
21 year old student at Wilfrid Laurier University graduating with an Honours Degree in Kinesiology, June, 2009. While attending Laurier, I spent most of my time competing in short and long distances races and playing basketball! I love to lead a healthy, active life by running daily, strength training and trying new forms of fitness! I love to guide people in their quest for optimal health through optimal exercise and nutrition! My specialties are 5km, 10km and half marathon training. My fitness goal is to run a full marathon.


Sheri Gutzeit's Biography
I am a Personal Trainer Specialist (Can-Fit Pro) and have the following certificates: Adult CPR, Child CPR, Infant CPR and  First Aid. I have a passion for health and wellness, helping people, and having fun in the process! As a personal trainer, my objective is to give you the knowledge and necessary tools to live a healthy lifestyle.  I will work with you to meet and exceed your personal health goals existing or not yet realized!  I enjoy running, and daily hikes with my trusty sidekick, Bailey the chocolate lab! My fitness goals for 2009 are to complete a half marathon this summer, and bike to work everyday in nice weather! My specialties are stability ball exercises along with free weights, and of course, having fun!


Patricio Timm's Biography
My name is Patricio Timm. I’m a Latin guy from Ecuador South America, with a background in fitness. I started at the early age of 19 and have always loved the gym environment. My mother used to always say she was going to send my bed to the gym because I spent all my time there! I’m certified with both Can fit Pro and the YMCA. I enjoy helping people achieve their goals and making new friends!


Nancy Bui's Biography
Born and raised in Kitchener, Nancy comes from a large family consisting of 6 children with her being the second oldest. Nancy is currently completing her Kinesiology degree at the University of Waterloo and hoping to do a Masters in Health Psychology. Nancy has trained a wide range of clients from children to the elderly.  She is a certified PTS by Can-Fit-Pro and has CPR-First Aid certification as well.
