100% Hardcore Truth

Why you absolutely MUST drink water all day long!
Humans are made up of about 70% water, therefor drinking plenty of water is absolutely vital to staying healthy and getting good results in and out of the gym. Water is the most important nutrient we can put into our body because it's used for every metabolic process in our bodies.
I recommend that you always have a water bottle beside you and always be sipping on it, whether you're at the gym or at home on the computer.
You should drink more water because:
1.Soft drinks and coffees are dehydrating – Drinking a soft drink or a cup of coffee will dehydrate you more then not drinking anything at all. If you do have a coke or a coffee, make sure you make up for it by drinking twice the amount of it in water to keep yourself hydrated.
2.Water clears out your body's toxins – Water helps to flush out toxins and waste products from your body. If you're trying to gain mass and are eating a lot, you need to be drinking lots more water to help your kidneys do their job.
3.Drinking water keeps you looking lean – If your body doesn't receive enough water, it'll retain it in your body, making your skin look soft and puffy. If you give your body a constant flow of fresh water, you will instantly shed excess water weight, making your body look leaner and more defined.
4.Water helps your supplements work better – Multivitamins are water soluble, you should drink lots of water to help unleash the maximum power of them.
5.Ice cold water helps you burn calories – When dieting strictly or aiming to achieve a goal sooner, you should utilize any strategy that can help you. Drinking ice cold water can burn a few extra calories because your body needs to warm it up.
6.Lack of water is the main reason of afternoon fatigue – Even a 2% drop in body water can cause you to have fuzzy short term memory, difficulty focusing on a screen and even trouble with basic maths.
How much water should I drink? 8 glasses of water is recommended for the average person. Because we are all different, some people need less and others need more. If you exercise, you need even more then the average amount required for you.
Just remember, there is no such thing as too much water.
